Application Process

  1. Download and print a copy of the current application
  2. Use the Instructions Page to help you complete the application
  3. Register in room 43W at lunch only during the dates listed
    1. CSF Bylaws prohibit ANY late registrations
  4. During registration, bring the following:
    1. Completed Application
    2. Original Report Card (Transcripts are not accepted)
    3. $5.00 dues (Cash or Check payable to WHS)
  5. Keep the membership card you get at registration

NOTE: If a student cannot register within the registration time-period, they may have another person bring their information to register them. CSF bylaws prohibit students from registering outside the designated time period.

If there are any questions, you must see Mrs. Prezzano or Mr. Scott before registration ends. Questions or problems submitted after registration ends will not be answered.

All grade changes must have been completed prior to the end of registration.
