Discrete Math
Course Description:
During the first semester of Discrete Math we will be looking at two modern fields of mathematics, which are Social Choice, and Statistics & Probability. In semester two of Discrete Math we will study two modern fields of mathematics: Management Science and Growth and Symmetry. This course is a college preparatory course and the work of each student will be expected to meet this level. This course has been designed to give the student an appreciation of mathematics as a discipline and broaden the students’ idea of mathematics to include the problems, ideas, methods, and solutions that mathematics covers.
